Corporate success is measured by figures and created by people.

Showing entanglements

Strategic and organizational structural or process changes as well as dissatisfaction with your own professional orientation require UM thinking and UM action. In the company, we work with you to analyze culture, behavior and projects, identify causes and provide feedback. On a personal level, we work with you to look at your talents, strengths, life motives, values and behavioral preferences.

Enabling developments

Personal and business success are the result of continuous development. We identify growth opportunities for people and organizations and strengthen relationships and trust in order to develop the courage to change or allow change to happen. We accompany this path by questioning “wanting”, conveying “knowing”, training “being able” and enabling “being allowed”.

The mind

For us, understanding means that we work with you to grasp facts through observation and experience, establish connections through conclusions, recognize their significance and identify success factors that make results-oriented action possible. We now know from brain research that intellectual thought processes are carried out like in a computer with little working memory. However, the thought processes and associated results are precise and detailed.

The heart

For us, the heart stands for emotions. They are the product of the processing of stimuli that originate in our sensory organs. Depending on genetic disposition, familial socialization or cultural background, everyone perceives the world in their own way. They are therefore an expression of our own evaluation! We now know that our emotions are not located in our heart but in our emotional memory. It works like a computer with a very large working memory and can process a large amount of data in a short space of time. The emotional signals come at lightning speed. However, the results can be diffuse and lack detail.
